Splitfire D-spark is a very easy to fit grounding ststem that removes all reverse induced current from any ingition system. Avaliable for both Direct ignition coil packs and conventional ignition leads, D-Spark can improove the performance of any engine.

For a car with Plug Wires

Conventional coils produce/boost more than 10KV of high voltage current which is transferred to the plugs via the plug leads. During this process, reverse induced current takes place. This reverse current prevents the smooth flow of required current and decreases the original performance of Plug Wires.

Installation of D-SPARK stops reverse current and enables the leads to deliver the maximum power to the Spark Plugs, and produce a stronger spark.

The D-SPARK grounding system can be installed on OE plug wires as well as any ‘aftermarket replacement’ or ‘High Performance’ plug wires.

Avaliable for Straight 4 cylinder engines with leads 5mm to 7mm or 8mm to 10mm in diameter.


For a car with Direct Coil

On direct coils, the current also takes a charge and results in a power loss. Consequently, the direct coils are not performing its originally designed level of performance.

The installation of D-SPARK prevents the current taking a charge thus prevents the resulting power leakage. Thus, the potential difference of voltage is eliminated, and restores the originally designed performance.
Therefore, constant and higher voltage is supplied to the spark plugs, producing better combustion and performance.
